Thank you for supporting my small business! Every item is handmade with care, and I want to make sure your order arrives safely and in a timely manner.

 

 

Processing Times

  • All items are handmade to order. Please allow up to 30 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales, or new launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via USPS. 
  • Once shipped, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days (domestic U.S.).
  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over $100.

 

Local Pickup

 

  • If you’re local to Stonington, Virden or Carlinville, you can select Local Pickup at checkout. I’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup.

 

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages 

 

  • Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
  • If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. I’ll do my best to help from my end as much as my capabilities exceed. 

 

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I cannot be responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.
